Role Purpose
The Technology Integration Manager supports the CTO Office in driving consistent execution across the global technology organization by integrating engineering functions, development governance, platform initiatives, project execution, validation activities, and industrialization interfaces.
The role ensures that innovation concepts, engineering developments, platform strategies, and industrialization activities are executed within a coherent governance framework, enabling WIK's evolution toward a scalable ODM/JDM operating model.
The role acts as a cross-functional integration function rather than a functional line manager, facilitating alignment across organizations, locations, and disciplines.
Core Mission
Support the CTO Office by:
· integrating technology functions across the complete product development lifecycle
· ensuring consistent application of RFQ and PDP governance
· improving communication and execution across global engineering organizations
· supporting platform reuse and technology standardization initiatives
· facilitating cross-functional alignment and escalation resolution
· identifying organizational bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements
The role enables execution but does not replace functional ownership.
